Wedding Cake

Yay! Glad this beast is finally done! This is the largest cake I've ever made and wow! It was a lot of work. Hopefully in the next few years I can really get into making cakes more often....when my kids can entertain themselves. But first I've got to get my convection ovens! Yes...with an "s" on the end!!

Wow Les...That looks great! I went to a wedding last night and wish that I would have taken a pic of that wedding cake - and the flowers. You would have appreciated them!

Love the cake! I bet it tasted just as awesome as it looks. I ran into Lindy from the condos the other day. She is expecting a girl in July. It would be fun for all of us to get together one of these days. Did you get the enchilada recipie I sent you?

OK you my dear are AMAZING!!! I can't even get my kids birthday cakes to look decent. You should be doing this on a regular basis! You have a true talent here! :) Thanks for always helping me out with my baking needs and for making my kids want you to help with their birthdays instead of their mother!!!:) LOL
