This show was incredible! If you have a chance to see it.....do! Cade and Brigham went and had a blast. Brigham couldn't take his eyes off the show for a second!
WOW they look so real!!! I think that my kids would have nightmares since they are struggling with that right now anyway. That is amazing how they have created these dinosaurs to look like you are "walking" with them, hence the name of the show. OK so it is late and my comments are not making much sense. That is awesome!
Hi Leslie, I am finally getting back to you about the Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Recipe. So here it goes....
1 can diced green chillies 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 soup can milk 1 sm. container sour cream 1 medium onion 2 cups grated cheese 1 dozen flour tortillas 2 cups diced cooked chicken ( I cook my chicken in the crock pot with salsa)
Dice onion. Add 1 can soup and sour cream. Add 1/2 grated cheese and chicken. Mix. Warm torillas. Roll misture into the tortillas and put into baking dish. Mix remaining soup,milk,and cheese. Pour over enchiladas. Cook at 325 degrees for 30 min.
I made these last week and they are yummy! Hope all is well.
